As indicated in the regulation, membership in KSPE allows two opportunities to obtain Professional Development Hours.
- Section 4 (3) - Attendance at each monthly meetings qualifies for PDH's. It is ultimately the responsibility of the individual to track and document the attendance. The chapter will provide an acknowledgment certificate at each meeting that can be used in the event the individual is ever audited. The certificate will indicate the Louisville Chapter and state the date and speaker/topic.
- Section 3 (5) (e) Active participation in professional or technical societies shall equal two (2) PDH units. The 2 PDHs will be granted at the end of the Administrative year (May) and will be credited for the calendar year in which they are earned. A maximum of 2 PDHs will be awarded to any one individual for a calendar year. This item shall be inclusive of serving as a chapter officer or chapter committee chair or co-chair.
